The Opportunity
We're seeking an energetic IT Support Specialist to serve as our boots-on-the-ground presence in Nashville while supporting our broader organization remotely. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone early in their IT career who understands that the real compensation is experience — you'll work directly with our CTO and systems team to troubleshoot, support, and help scale infrastructure across a health-tech environment, gaining hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, Google Workspace, Databricks), security frameworks (Entra ID, ESET, Avanan), and vendor management in a real-world, high-stakes setting.
Key Responsibilities
•Nashville Clinic Support (On-Site): Serve as the on-site IT liaison for Innovate32 dental clinics in the Nashville area; partner with internal Systems Admins to resolve hardware, network, and access issues in real time.
•Organization-Wide Support (Remote): Provide Level 1/2 remote support across Innovate32's broader clinic network, coordinating with managed service providers as needed.
•Learning & Execution: Work on tickets, documentation, and projects assigned by IT leadership; ask questions, seek feedback, and build your technical foundation.
•Vendor Coordination: Assist with vendor escalations, equipment deployments, and day-to-day operational IT tasks.
•Operational Flexibility: Move fluidly between remote and on-site work as priorities shift. Roughly 80% of the role is remote, but your Nashville presence is essential for clinic operations and team cohesion.
Requirements:Required Qualifications
•Technical foundation or demonstrated technical acumen (certifications like CompTIA A+, Security+, or equivalent exposure preferred, but not required if you can show aptitude)
•Ability to follow direction, learn quickly, and ask clarifying questions
•Comfort troubleshooting hardware, basic networking, and Windows/cloud-based systems
•Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clinicians
•Reliable, self-directed approach to remote work
•Enthusiasm for healthcare IT and willingness to learn compliance frameworks (HIPAA, etc.)
Nice to Have
•Exposure to Azure, Google Workspace, or IT service management tools (ticketing, knowledge bases)
•Experience in agile or fast-moving startup environments
•Background in healthcare, dental practice management, or support roles
